1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Launchpool platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. The Platform provides access to token launchpool, staking and related services (the "Services").
2. Accounts and Security
You may access the Services with an e-mail address or username and password, a verified phone number, a supported third-party identity (Google, Telegram), or a compatible crypto wallet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Services would be unlawful. You represent that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you.
4. Digital Assets and Risk
Digital assets are volatile. Rewards, yields and token allocations are not guaranteed and may change. Nothing on the Platform is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You participate at your own risk and should never commit funds you cannot afford to lose.
5. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations. Withdrawals may be subject to review, limits and network fees. You are responsible for the accuracy of destination addresses; blockchain transactions are irreversible.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, market manipulation, sanction evasion, or any unlawful purpose; interfere with the Platform's operation; or create multiple accounts to abuse promotions. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and the operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of profits or digital assets, arising from your use of the Services.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be announced on the Platform.
